as if they are in their second home.
The Residence has 8 elegant apartments
with soft colors and equipped with every comfort,
all built in Class A energy efficiency with inverter air conditioning
for greater attention to environmental sustainability.
Residence Borgo degli Ulivi has common areas that are completely fenced and safe for your children.
Inside the olive grove, you'll find a large swimming pool
with sun loungers and deck chairs.
Two sun loungers are reserved for each apartment.
On the third floor, we boast an Adults Only Sky Lounge
for your complete relaxation.
All apartments have parking, a terrace, the elevator
and staff is available to assist you with any needs.

Our three-room apartments
can accommodate up to 6 people.
They feature an open-plan kitchen and living room,
a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and
a double sofa bed in the living area.

Iole house
The apartment accommodates up to 9 people.
It features a kitchen/living room with sofa bed,
a double bedroom with a single sofa bed,
a double bedroom with a double sofa bed,
two bathrooms with toilets/showers/bidets,
heating/air conditioning, a private entrance,
a private fenced garden, a furnished veranda,
a parking space, and a storage room.
A dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator,
and Wi-Fi are available.
Guests have access to the swimming pool.

Conditions of stay
No apartment will be considered confirmed until the 50% deposit or balance has been received.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Upon delivery of the keys, a €200 deposit is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay. The accommodation must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. In the event of damage, the entire deposit will be retained, excluding serious damage.
On the day of departure, please leave the apartment clean and tidy, especially the garbage and washed dishes.
Otherwise, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation policy
From 20 days before arrival: penalty of 20% of the stay.
From 19 to 10 days before arrival: penalty of 30% of the stay.
From 9 to 6 days before arrival: 50% penalty.
From 5 to the day of arrival: penalty of 85% of the stay.

Kitchen and dish cleaning is the responsibility of the customer.
For failure to clean the kitchen and incorrect waste management, a charge of €100.00 will be applied.
NB: The weekly waste collection schedule is provided and should be brought outside the gate the evening before.Mandatory final cleaning fee:
